STS Elite Collegiate Leadership Program is a transformative journey designed to empower and uplift underrepresented and first-generation college students. Our program equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to succeed and surpass the achievements of those who came before them. STS Elite is a beacon of opportunity, inspiring emerging leaders to excel in their careers, communities, and personal lives. Through experiential learning, comprehensive workshops, and dedicated coaching, we prepare students to reach their fullest potential and make a meaningful impact.

STS Elite is open to all students, and part of our mission is to expand opportunity and access for students from diverse racial and economic backgrounds. You might be a good fit if you are:
- Are excited about launching your career — whether or not you know what it will be
- Have big dreams and goals, but aren’t sure how to make them into reality
- You may be juggling work, family, and school commitments, and this may have kept you from joining extracurriculars or teams.
- You are likely a freshman, sophomore, junior, or have transferred

- You are eager to develop your leadership, confidence, and teamwork skills
As a Professional in the Making (PIM), you’ll gain strong career preparation, leadership development, personalized advising, a supportive community, and an expanded professional network.
The STS Elite experience is offered as a two-tier experience where each tier lasts a complete academic semester (fall/spring). Each tier includes bi-weekly meetings with a cohort of students (in-person) and independent work. Each tier focuses on a different component of career readiness. After the two tiers are complete, STS offers a Tier 3 program that lasts a semester. Once Tier 3 is completed PIMs will be automatically enrolled into our STS Elite Alumni Program.
As a STS Elite PIM, you meet with your cohort every other week for 2-hour “Leadership Workshops,” and each workshop will include a post-workshop reflection assignment and survey. To succeed in STS Elite, you should be able to commit about 4-6 hours a month for an academic school year.
In-person, however there are some sessions that may take place online.
Leadership Workshops are taught by working professionals called Coaches. They serve as instructors and coaches throughout the program.
The STS Elite program is $50, for you 1st semester and $15 per semester moving forward. The total cost is estimated to be $95 total to complete both Tier 1 and Tier 2.
