Middle/High School Students

STS Strive is our middle and high school program that assists students in exploring, identifying, selecting, and transitioning into a post-secondary opportunity, while they develop the leadership and soft skills necessary to compete in the workforce of the future.

College Students

STS Elite is our collegiate leadership program that assists student leaders in navigating and graduating college while helping them transition into the workforce or a postgraduate program.

Monday Night from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ University of Memphis - UC
Thursday Night from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ LeMoyne-Owen College - GOH

    My STS Story: STS has had a tremendous positive impact on me both personally and professionally. Being an STS PIM has allowed me to network and connect with so many other young professionals who encouraged me on my journey through college. Additionally, I have been able to connect with many other experienced professionals who helped me achieve some of my career goals and taught me professional skills that I will continue to use throughout my journey.

    Why should a college student get involved with STS Elite: I would encourage all college students to get involved with STS Elite to create a safe space for themselves. STS Elite is like a family that is always there to support you, in any way possible. College can get very difficult sometimes, so creating a space and meeting people you feel comfortable talking to is always a good idea.

    Why should a college student get involved with STS Elite: College alone doesn’t prepare you for post graduation life. You need a group of people that will push you, mentor you, and train you on how to get in the best possible situation to be hired. That group is STS Elite.
