ANALYTICS PROGRAM MANAGER
DeNisha Malone is a Data and Artificial Intelligence professional at Microsoft. Known as the Power BI Queen, she has traveled globally for 10 years helping organizations adopt reporting strategies to make better business decisions.She is the founder of Thinkers and Doers, a Memphis-based company driving real-world impact by mentoring students in Data and AI and onboarding them into paid work with local nonprofits and small businesses.

Maria Rios
VP OF OPERATIONS
Maria Rios is the Vice President of Operations at Supreme Staffing, where she leads nationwide operational strategy and execution across multiple markets. Born in Mexico and raised in Memphis, she is a graduate of the University of Memphis. With 7 years of experience in the staffing industry, Maria specializes in strengthening client partnerships and aligning internal teams to deliver high-impact workforce solutions. She works closely with clients and internal teams to develop and execute staffing strategies that drive efficiency and support long-term business growth.
Maria is deeply committed to developing her team and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. She is equally passionate about her own leadership growth, consistently seeking new challenges that push her beyond her comfort zone and expand her impact.
Maria is a proud graduate of Leadership Memphis Executive Class of 2024 and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Greater Memphis Chamber Young Professional Council for 2025. -
Kristopher Tabor
FOUNDER & LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER / FILMAKER
Kristopher Tabor is a Memphis-based photographer, filmmaker, and creative entrepreneur known for capturing meaningful moments and helping individuals and organizations tell their stories through visual media. His work spans corporate, private events, and weddings, where he focuses on creativity, service, and consistency in delivering high-quality results.
Beyond his client work, Kristopher is passionate about mentorship, leadership, and personal development. He regularly engages with students through offering insight into entrepreneurship, financial awareness, and building a sustainable career.
Kris brings a practical and thoughtful perspective on growth, decision-making, and navigating early career paths. He is committed to creating space for honest conversation and encouraging students to think critically, explore opportunities, make intentional decisions about their future. -
Chris Supplice
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Chris has been the Director of Operations at Aurora Collegiate Academy for the last three school years, and has spent nearly seven years working in education. In her current role, she focuses on building strong, innovative systems that helps the school run effectively and better serve students and families.
She has led key initiatives including securing over $40,000 in federal funding to improve technology access and reimagining the school’s marketing and recruitment strategies to reach more students and families in meaningful ways.
A finalist for the New Memphis Educator of Excellence Award, Chris earned her BA from Georgetown University and an MS.Ed from Johns Hopkins University. Originally from Georgia, she came to Memphis through Teach For America with the goal of making a difference in the lives of students—and years later, that commitment continues to drive her work. -
Lindsey Grill
CAREER READINESS SPECIALIST
Lindsey Grill is a Career Readiness Specialist at the University of Memphis who is a dedicated advocate for human development and student success. With a professional journey spanning training and development, higher education, teaching, and psychology, Lindsey focuses on the human element of leadership to help individuals unlock their potential through intentional mentorship and innovative programming.
Lindsey is currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Development at Clemson University with plans to continue her studies in a Doctorate of Adult Education. Driven by her deep roots in Memphis, Lindsey is dedicated to cultivating a local culture of growth that empowers the city’s next generation of leaders to excel on any stage.

Kathryn Winsley
COORDINATOR
Kathryn Winsley is a native of Brandon, Mississippi. She is a honors graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, with a degree in Psychology, and a double minor in Sociology and Criminal Justice. She completed a Masters in Psychology in 2017 from the University of Memphis, where she also completed a certificate in Population Health.
Kathryn currently works for the Shelby County Government. She is the national Women’s Caucus Chair for the Young Democrats of America. She volunteers in her spare time with the Junior League of Memphis, the Greater Memphis Chamber Young Professional Advisory Council, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Kathryn is committed towards working to uplift her community in effort to leave it better than she found it.
