STS Enterprise Awarded BlueScope Foundation Grant to Advance Day One Ready Talent in Memphis

STS Enterprise is proud to announce that we have been awarded a grant from the BlueScope Foundation, the philanthropic arm of BlueScope, a Kansas City-based company committed to strengthening communities through strategic investments.

This grant represents more than financial support—it is an investment in the future of Memphis and the young people we serve.

The funding will advance our initiative, Expanding Career Pathways: Strength-Based Exploration and Workforce Development for Memphis Youth, enabling us to expand career exploration experiences, strengthen workforce readiness programming, and connect more students with meaningful learning opportunities.

At STS Enterprise, our mission is simple: prepare students to be Day One Ready for College and Day One Ready for the Workforce. Through research-informed curriculum, evidence-based practices, experiential learning, and partnerships with employers, we equip students with the knowledge, experiences, relationships, and confidence they need to thrive.
