Celebrating the Fall 2025 Cohort of Real Estate Aspiring Leaders at Bluff City High School
This fall, STS Enterprise Corporation proudly celebrated the Fall 2025 cohort of Real Estate Aspiring Leaders (REAL) at Bluff City High School (IOTA Community Schools). From September through December 2025, students participated in an after-school, career-focused program that introduced them to the real estate industry and made literacy fun, engaging, and meaningful.
The students at Bluff City High School brought curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm to every session. Through real-world real estate scenarios, they strengthened their reading comprehension, critical thinking, math, and financial literacy, while learning how these skills apply beyond the classroom.

Students at the Center of the Learning Experience
The REAL program is designed to put students first, and this cohort truly rose to the challenge. Bluff City students read closely, asked thoughtful questions, collaborated, and applied math and financial concepts to solve real-life problems in the real estate industry.
By connecting literacy to hands-on decision-making, students discovered that reading and math aren’t just academic requirements; they’re powerful tools for navigating real-world situations and future careers. The result was increased engagement, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how learning connects to life.
Celebrating Student Achievement
Each student who completed the Fall 2025 REAL program at Bluff City High School earned a REAL Certificate of Completion, recognizing their dedication, growth, and achievement throughout the semester. This certificate represents more than participation; it reflects new skills, increased awareness of the real estate industry, and the development of leadership potential.
A Career Initiative with Expanding Impact
Real Estate Aspiring Leaders is a signature career initiative of STS Enterprise Corporation that schools and organizations can implement to offer innovative, literacy-based career exploration. As we celebrate the accomplishments of our Bluff City High School students, we are excited to look ahead to the Spring cohort of Real Estate Aspiring Leaders at Hillcrest High School. We look forward to continuing this work, engaging a new group of students, and expanding opportunities for young people to explore careers, strengthen literacy, and build confidence.
