Inspiring the Next Generation: Transnetyx and STS Enterprise Corporation Partner to Empower Memphis Youth

In a world where dreams often feel just out of reach, it’s moments of connection, mentorship, and opportunity that bridge the gap between aspiration and achievement. Recently, members of Freedom Prep Academy's Class of 2025 from Memphis, Tennessee, experienced one such moment that they will carry with them for years to come.

STS Enterprise Corporation, often labeled by some as the “Dopest mission in Memphis,” is an innovative career exploration and workforce development company dedicated to helping individuals build careers that allow them to live lives they can be proud of. This mission was on full display when STS partnered with corporate powerhouse Transnetyx to offer these students a unique “Day in the Life” campus tour at Transnetyx's headquarters in Cordova. This wasn’t just a tour—it was an immersive experience, giving the students a first-hand look at the professional world and a chance to engage with industry leaders who are shaping the future.

The highlight of the day came when Bob Bean, CEO of Transnetyx, personally welcomed the students and took the time to speak with them about leadership, ambition, and the possibilities that lie ahead. But the experience didn’t stop there. One of the Freedom Prep students not only shared the stage with Bob Bean but also had the incredible opportunity to address the entire Transnetyx team globally during their Friday morning meeting. It’s one thing to dream of being a leader, but it’s entirely different to stand before a global audience, share your voice, and be heard. This was a moment of empowerment that these students will never forget.

The students didn’t just see a corporate office—they saw a vision of what their future could hold. This powerful experience was made possible by the dedicated partnership between STS Enterprise Corporation and Transnetyx, as well as the incredible hospitality shown by the Transnetyx team, including Christine Essary and Carol Garrett. Their commitment to empowering young people and opening doors to future opportunities is nothing short of inspiring.

Transnetyx is more than just a corporate partner—they are a key supporter of STS Enterprise Corporation, serving in all three capacities: as an In-Kind corporate partner, an experience corporate partner, and a financial corporate partner. This multifaceted partnership is a shining example of how nonprofits and local businesses can come together to inspire and uplift Memphis teenagers and young adults.

This experience is one that the students will never forget. It’s a testament to the power of collaboration and the impact that can be made when communities come together to invest in their future leaders. At STS, we believe in the potential of every young person, and thanks to partners like Transnetyx, that potential is being nurtured and realized.

We are because of you. Thank you, Transnetyx, for showing these young scholars that their dreams are within reach and for giving them the encouragement they need to pursue their own paths to success.
