| STS x IOTA Community Schools: Celebrating Year One of Real Estate Exploration & Literacy Innovation We’re celebrating the successful completion of our first year partnering with IOTA Community Schools—and what a year it’s been! Our Real Estate Aspiring Leaders program brought students from Bluff City High School and Hillcrest High School into the dynamic world of real estate, exposing them to everything from residential and commercial development to investing and entrepreneurship.
But this wasn’t just any career program—we took it a step further. By incorporating ELA (English Language Arts) components, students didn’t just learn about real estate—they practiced real-world literacy skills through writing reflections, analyzing deals, crafting presentations, and engaging in business communication. This fresh, fun, and literacy-centered approach is helping shape confident, career-ready students—and we’re just getting started.. |
