Alumni Spotlight: Tierra “Star” Starks Named Memphis Flyer Top 20 Under 30

We are thrilled to celebrate Tierra “Star” Starks, STS Alumna and Strive Coach, for being named to the Memphis Flyer Top 20 Under 30 — Class of 2026.

Tierra currently serves as Operations Support Specialist at the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South, where she continues to lead and inspire.

In reflecting on her journey, Tierra shared:

“Memphis was such a pivotal place for me. While it did have its experience on the ends of me growing up in more troubled areas, I grew up to learn and love the struggle of Memphis in a sense of being a contributor and a change agent to my community.”
