One of the key components of STS Elite is the ability to expose students to a variety of opportunities that can help take   PIMs career opportunities to the next level. PIMs are encouraged to use this page to view and explore new opportunities that will benefit them.

One of the key components standing between our PIMs and their future full-time career  is a good resume that is up to date and describes them and their experience in One-Page. 

This Zone has a variety of resume templates including our official “STS Elite PIM Resume Template” that has landed students major internships and full-time offers with major companies. Please check this zone out and review a resume with your peers or coach. 

Our PIMs are encouraged to begin developing skills that will help them on their journey of becoming a full-time professional.

One of the key things that stand between PIMs and that dream job is their ability to interview at a high level. The ability to articulate and answer questions directly often hurt students during the interview process.
