Welcome, New STS Enterprise Board Member: Sylvia Williams

We are proud to welcome Sylvia Williams to the STS Enterprise Corporation Board of Directors.

Sylvia serves as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for International Paper Company (IP), a Fortune 500 public company trading on the New York Stock Exchange. She has been with International Paper for 15 years.

In her current role, Sylvia manages IP’s global Corporate Law group, which encompasses Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities Law, and general Corporate Law. Her executive leadership experience, corporate governance expertise, and global perspective will be invaluable as STS Enterprise continues to grow in scale, strategy, and sustainability.
